Abstract

The development of information and communication technologies is significantly transforming the environment in which special intelligence means are used. Encrypted communications, virtual private networks, and anonymization technologies limit the effectiveness of traditional methods, while big data analytics, automated processing, and artificial intelligence create new analytical opportunities. The paper examines the impact of the digital environment on the effectiveness of special intelligence means, the role of traffic data, and the possibilities for technological development while ensuring legality and the protection of fundamental rights.
